The Tesal Center - Monção Thermal Baths is located in Parque das Caldas, just five minutes from the international bridge between Monção and Salvaterra do Minho.
The thermal services that our Tesal Center - Monção Thermal Baths offers are: Access to the Thermal Circuit (duration of 1h30min) which includes: Dynamic pool, including a jacuzzi, swan neck, waterfalls, underwater jets for lower limb joints, water jets for abdominals, underwater bubble seats that improve blood circulation and counter-current river. Also available: pool with bubble beds.
Still in the wellness aspect, we have massage services, facial and body aesthetics as well as complementary treatments.
Beyond the wellness aspect, the Monção Thermal Baths are indicated for thermal cure treatments. Officially, our mineral-medicinal waters are indicated for the treatment of different respiratory and osteoarticular pathologies; however, tradition and their exceptional chemical composition indicate that there is a broader therapeutic spectrum, revealing the following indications: nervous system, dermatological, muscular and immune pathologies. It is also of great utility in the treatment of diseases, both allergic and chronic, such as rhinitis, sinusitis and rhinopharyngitis, as well as some types of otitis media, some tubal dysfunctions, allergic pharyngo-laryngitis, bronchial hyperreactivity and asthma.
Thermal treatments performed with these waters also produce, in most cases, a natural anti-inflammatory action. This type of treatment is prescribed by our medical specialist.
