The Tesal Centre - Monção Thermal Baths is located in the Caldas Park just five minutes from the international bridge between Monção / Salvaterra do Minho.
The thermal services offered by our Tesal Termas de Monção Centre are: Access to the Thermal Circuit (duration 1h30min) which includes: Dynamic pool, including a jacuzzi, swan neck, waterfalls, underwater jets for the joints of the lower limbs, aquatic jets for abdominal exercises, underwater bubble seats that improve blood circulation and counter-current river. Also available: pool with bubble beds.
Still on the well-being front, we offer massage services, facial and body aesthetics as well as complementary treatments.
In addition to its well-being aspect, Termas de Monção is also suitable for thermal healing treatments. Officially, our mineral-medicinal waters are indicated for the treatment of various respiratory and osteoarticular pathologies, however, tradition and its exceptional chemical composition indicate that there is a broader therapeutic spectrum, revealing the following indications: pathologies of the nervous system, dermatological, muscular and immune systems. It is also very useful in the treatment of diseases, both allergic and chronic, such as rhinitis, sinusitis and rhinopharyngitis, as well as some types of otitis media, some tubo-empathic dysfunctions, allergic pharyngo-laryngitis, bronchial hyperreactivity and asthma.
Thermal treatments carried out with these waters also produce, in most cases, a natural anti-inflammatory action. This type of treatment is prescribed by our specialist doctor.
